Hi, my name is Whimsical which the dictionary says means "playfully quaint or fanciful, especially in an appealing and amusing way"...and that certainly describes me! I have soft, medium-length black fur with the cutest little white hairs on my legs and eyebrows. And I LOVE people...I mean, I want to be in your lap all the time! I'm also a talker and like to communicate. I will need someone who can give me a lot of attention, as I would not be happy being left alone too much. I do like other cats and dogs! In fact you should check out my brother Cicero who is also up for adoption and think about adopting us BOTH! This kitten is currently in a foster home but requires adoption application through Orange County Animal Services; $40 adoption fee includes rabies and basic immunizations, microchip, and nueter/spay.
