Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Male : : Adult
Hi my name is Sherlock! My foster mom says I can be shy at first but very sweet and relaxed once I settle in!! I agree I may be cautious around new people, but life hasn't been the easiest prior to coming to my foster mom's home! I'm gaining my trust in humans back and I love a good head rub and and pets on my nose and sweet chubby cheeks. I will lay in silly positions next to you and lounge around all night to give you some company. Although I'm not the biggest cuddle bug, I like to boop my human's nose with my own to show affection, and I'll purr nice and loud to tell you I love you. I'm only two so I still love to play! I like to pretend to be ferocious when I attack string and feather toys. I'll bat balls around the house as I come with you from room to room. I promise not to scratch your furniture, but I do find wires enticing. I am listed as special needs due to testing FIV+. And here is more info from Best Friends Animal Society, one of the best online cat resources: https://resources.bestfriends.org/article/fiv-cats-faqs-feline-immunodeficiency-virus My adoption fee is less than $40.00 and includes vaccinations, microchip and of course I have already been neutered! And guess what? We always offer BOGO specials so when you adopt me, you can also adopt another kitty for free! Please contact my foster mom Helen at hssa234@gmail.com for more information about me!
