Smokey is a loving cat and will stand on her hind legs to get a proper scratch behind her ears! When she first came into my care she was a bit scared and it took about 3 days for her to come out of hiding, but now she is a purr machine and enjoys being close to you, but not overly so. We are working on getting picked up and she’s making great progress, but you need to start slow and will be rewarded with a great companion!

Smokey is just over a year old, has taken care of her 6 kittens and is dog approved! She’s solid gray and has thumbs, which makes her a Hemingway cat, also called polydactyl. Adoption is less than $40 and includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, rabies, microchip and feline leukemia/FIV testing. If you do not have a cat or kitten already we suggest adopting a pair, twice the fun and they can entertain each other while you are at work. Cats and kittens are BOGO all year!
