Lucy is a very affectionate little girl who loves rubbing against her foster mom's legs and exploring her surroundings. She is confident and playful. She is mostly black with cute little white toes on her rear feet and a white belly you might get to see if she rolls over to play. She has luminous orange eyes, making her the purr-fect addition just in time for Halloween! Lucy's adoption fee is less than $40 and includes her spay surgery, microchipping, initial vaccines, and FIV/FELV combo test. She is available for adoption through Orange County Animal Services.
