Hi, my name is Elsa! I’m 1 of a litter of 3 found outside and brought to OCAS. My foster family says that I’m the leader of the pack. I am very active and curious, but I love to snuggle and be held too. Getting pets and cuddles is the best, I let you know with my loud purrs. Playing with my foster family, my siblings and all our toys is super fun. My brother has found his new home. My sister and I are excited to find our special family.
Adoption is less than $40 and includes spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, rabies, microchip and Feline Leukemia/FIV testing.
