Update -- Dec 2013 -- Bessie has been adopted!! Bessie: A276195- My foster mom named me Bessie because of my resemblance to a cow…. That wasn’t very nice. But I have the sweetest personality and such gorgeous black and white markings. I was born around September 20th. I’m now weaning from my mama (who is a calico), but I sure like having her around. She’s teaching my brother and me to be sweet, well behaved little kitties. We are staying in a foster home with other kittens and I love to play with them all. Not only am I playful, I’m very, very affectionate and love to be around people and love to be held and cuddled. Rub my belly and I’m in heaven! Now I am looking for my forever home. I’m such a sweetheart I would get along great with kids and well behaved doggies, too. I’m litter box trained, of course. My adoption fee is only $40.00 and includes my spay surgery, basic vaccinations, rabies, and an ID microchip. I’m also tested for Feline Leuk and FIV. If you’d like to meet me, please email my foster mom and arrange a playdate. And, if you don’t have someone at home to keep me company when you’re away, you might even consider meeting and adopting my brother, Rocky, too!
