Hi, I'm Billy!

I was surrendered with my mama and litter mates because my owner could no longer care for me.

I am a playful boy with beautiful black and white fur and I am really soft. I have always been very social, and most often I am the leader of the pack. I am a very happy kitten and I love to romp around with my siblings. I also love to snuggle and lay in your lap. I am good with my litter box and I am learning to have my nails clipped.

I would love to be adopted with my mama, Lilly or one of my siblings, Willy, Daisy and Petunia. My adoption fee is less than $40.00 and includes my spay surgery, vaccinations, and microchip. And guess what? OCAS is running a BOGO special so when you adopt me, you can also adopt my mama or one of my siblings!
