 I am a very sweet boy, but a little on the quiet side compared to many kittens.  When I first came to my foster mom I was terrified!  Kittens like me always makes my foster mom wonder what we've been through in our brief little lives before ending up at the "shelter" which is a pretty terrifying place in itself (and that I was by myself, without the security of littermates, made it all the more frightening!).  I would huddle in the back of my cage and shrink down any time anyone would reach for me; but never hissed or struck out which many kittens as frightened as I was would do. Each day I became a little less terrified to the point where soon I would come to the front of my cage and meow to my foster mom when she came close. Now that I'm feeling more confident and comfortable in my surroundings I'm a sweetheart, and love to be held and stroked and will purr contentedly.  I also get along great with other kittens and cats; I'm not the most playful of the gang but will roughhouse with the best of them.  Each day I am a bit more adventurous and with that I am also more playful. I'm litterbox trained and don't scratch furniture, instead I like to stretch my front paws on a sisal twine scratching post and on the Turbo scratcher. I'm an indoor kitten and prefer to remain so, protected from hazards of the outdoors. And I'm so ready to go home with my new families! Please have another kitten or cat there to keep me company; if you don't have one already, perhaps you'll consider adopting one of my playmates? Did you know two kittens are double the fun of one, and we're actually less effort then as we help take care of each other.  My adoption fee is only $40. Please email for more information.
