Panda is a black and white tuxedo kitten who loves to cuddle with his foster mom. In foster care since June 28 Panda loves to eat wet and dry food, plays actively with his siblings, and gets along with the foster home's adult cats. He has mostly black fur with a small white streak down his nose. Foster mom would prefer Panda be adopted with one of his siblings. Orange County Animal Services offers two kittens for one adoption fee.

The adoption fee of $40 or less includes spay/neuter, microchip, dewormer, vaccines up to date, and flea treatment. Panda can be pre-adopted at the event on Saturday but won't go home until he grows to two pounds and is neutered.
